Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on the 19th of October, 1979. She is an American journalist, sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television host. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster, who has received awards for her efforts at Santa Clara County California was born October 19, 1979. She earned her degree from the University of California with a degree in sociology and communications. Sun was a pro at surfing. Following her participation in a handful of pro-am surfer contests, she was offered sponsorship by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and many other large companies. Recognition she gained due to this fact was like a slingshot that launched her into the world of entertainment. She later became a filmmaker of investigative films and journalist, as well as an athlete. Sun has worked as a news anchor for numerous channels. In 2003, she was a correspondent on Fox Sports Net. She also been host of American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman as well as Jonny Moseley in the year 2012. In 2014 Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. She is the first Asian-American presenter to air on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports and Tennis Channel. Sun has appeared in a variety of films, and her talents as an actor have been praised and lauded. She has worked in movies such as Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014- 2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun, who wrote and produced film Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch on ocean plastic pollution and its effects on the environment in 2014, released the full-length feature film.
